If you want to fundraise for Move the Masses by setting yourself a challenge, we would love to hear from you. Perhaps you have always wanted to do a 10k, a marathon or a long-distance walk, but need a further incentive to do it.

As ever, all money raised goes directly to supporting the wellbeing of vulnerable and older people. That might be by providing them with a walking buddy, or enabling them to participate in a free pop-up workout in their local park.

Organise a fundraising fitness session

If you're a fitness professional, you can fundraise for Move the Masses by organising a circuits, yoga, pilates or fitness session which is available to anyone.

We can help you set up your event and list it right here on our website.

You can either sell tickets for a set price or ask participants for donations.
