This is a free, online workout run by Laura from Holistic Yoga Online ( every Tuesday during lockdown. Laura recommends having a towel, blanket or mat underneath you, and if you want to have a bit of extra support, a couple of cushions or a chair nearby can be useful - particularly for some balance poses!
