Come and get moving with us by joining our virtual sessions 

Due to the current lockdown in England, we have had to suspend our group services including our group walks and pop-up fitness sessions. But there was no way we were going to leave you without something to get you moving each week! It is so important to stay active during lockdown and these sessions will be a great way to do that, while also breaking up the day and making sure you see a friendly face a few times a week.

Starting on the 6th November, we will be holding three virtual fitness sessions a week that you can do from your home. We will run these sessions until the end of lockdown, which is currently scheduled for the 2nd December, with the potential to continue through winter if the demand is high.

The weekly timetable for the next four weeks looks like this:

Movement Monday: 12pm, 10-15 minutes long, a chair-based workout for all abilities.

Tranquillity Tuesday: 2:30pm, 30 minutes long, get your body moving and stretching in a gentle flow through some yoga poses, led by lovely Laura of Holistic Yoga Online.

Workout Wednesday: 12pm, 10-15 minutes long, a fun session for all abilities.

Fitness Friday: 12pm, 10-15 minutes long, a slightly tougher session so you can finish the week strong. 

To ensure that as many of you can access our online sessions as possible, we are broadcasting on Zoom as well as Facebook. Sign up to the sessions (for free) on our Events page to receive the Zoom link by email, or just tune in to our Facebook Live.
